General terms - Sending an order via e-mail or via Royal Mail is an offer by the customer to purchase the goods at the prices quoted. Selection Box/poundshop.co.uk can either accept or decline any offer, and only upon acceptance will it become a contract of sale.
You have the right to cancel any order prior to despatch and a full refund will be given if paid in advance by credit/debit card.
Delivery charges quoted are for delivery in mainland UK and the E.U.We can quote for delivery anywhere else and all charges will be charged to the customer at the cost price to us and includes a small handling charge.There are 3 options...choose the cheapest option unless speed is the issue.
A realistic minimum order value of £15.00 including VAT would be appreciated (but not mandatory especially for a first order).
We will endeavor to give you the best value for post and packing and to make savings where we can.
All prices listed are in £ sterling and include VAT at 15% unless otherwise stated.
All products are subject to availability .
In the event that we are unable to supply any product, we reserve the right to substitute a similar item of equal or better value for you .

All transactions are carried out on their secure site and we do not hold any credit card details on our site.
Delivery choices available:
Delivery via First Class POST is normally next working day from despatch in mainland UK.
Delivery via Royal Mail Parcel Post is normally within 3 to 4 working days from despatch. We reserve the right to use an alternative delivery method to the one chosen, but will be inform you of any changes proir to despatch.
We can also use Fedex for International Delivery and you will be informed of the charges.
For the UK we aim to deliver all in-stock items within 7 days, but you will be advised (via Email) of an estimated delivery date upon order acceptance.
Returns Policy - If you are not satisfied with any item, please contact Selection Box/poundshop.co.uk within 7 days of you receiving the item and before returning it, so we can discuss a possible replacement or refund. Under certain circumstances you may be required to pay for the return postage and insurance.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Damaged Goods - Goods received damaged must be reported to Selection Box (details on Contact Page) within 7 days of you receiving them.
Lost Goods - For the uk,if you have not received your goods within 7 days of receiving our e-mail confirmation that your order has been despatched, please contact us.
Customer Privacy - we do not disclose customer information i.e. names,addresses or e-mail contacts to any third parties and we will only send you further e-mail offers ourselves if you opt in to be sent them.
Computer software cookies are used within this e-commerce site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket, recall your previously entered personal details and to remember your favourite products and are held for 7 days. Options are available within all modern browser software to clear this information if required.
